The new faces of Beachouse Café… Since March 2016 the Beachouse has had a few changes; a brand new team, new owners, new management, new menu, new little lick of paint and a fun and friendly new attitude.
So what else is new? The entire menu is as fresh as fresh can be, everything is prepared as you order nothing is pre-made and they are super flexible.
Owner Mikayla Ross says “If you would like any of our dishes without a certain ingredient or you would like to add something to a dish…No problem!” They also happily cater for a variety of dietary requirements, gluten free, vegetarians, vegans, lactose intolerant, and any other intolerances or allergies to the best of their ability.
Beachouse loves to support locals, they use local suppliers wherever possible and source what they can from small local businesses and producers within the region. Every cake at Beachouse is made in house by their talented chefs and apprentices.
Beachouse can seat over 100 customers with their indoor and outdoor dining options making them perfect for those big family get togethers, reunions, birthday parties and celebrations. They have a gorgeous garden alfresco dining area, perfect to escape the busy world, hide away and enjoy a relaxing coffee or a sneaky treat.
There’s a sandpit and a number of chalkboards to keep the kiddies entertained (so you can sip your coffee in peace). With their family friendly atmosphere, they are also easily accessible for prams, scooters and wheelchairs. They’re so family friendly you can even bring your furriest family members who will be welcomed and provided with fresh water and a pat.
The team at Beachouse are already planning for the future with a few things up their sleeves. They will soon be opening for dinners and taking reservations for functions and parties. They’re already excited about our towns flagship event Curryfest and will not only be joining in the fun on the big day but also with lead up and following events as well.
We’re looking forward to seeing all the great things this fresh, young team create. Pop in say hi and let them know what you think and what you’d like from them. They’re all about the feedback, they love hearing from you and getting to know you. They’re excited for the future and we’re excited that they’ve decided that Beach St Woopi is the place they’d like to make it happen! Go Team!
